How do I register?

To register simply go to the ‘Register Now’ link. Once there you will need to choose a username (this is the fun part as it's how you will be known in the chat rooms) - No rude words please and then insert your email address.

You will immediately be sent an email with a validation code in it. Click on the validation code and you will be brought back to our site where you can complete your registration. Your account will automatically be funded with FB$2000 and you are then ready to play free bingo!

Only one account per player is permitted. In special circumstances players can have more than one account subject to the approval of LiveFreeBingo.com. What can I win?

You can win FB$s and sponsor-supplied prizes.

During regular bingo game play, when you win a game of bingo your account balance will be credited with FB$ to the value of the prize pot.

Each month every registered player receives automatic entry into our FREE prize draw. At midnight on the 15th of the month each player will receive one entry into our prize draw for every FB$ they have in their account. There are great prizes on offer. For more details please read the prizes page.

Occasionally there will be additional events throughout the year when more prizes can be won in different competitions. Keep checking our news pages for details on such events.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Only one account per player is permitted. Do I have to spend ages downloading lots of software?

No, the only software required is the Free Shockwave plug-in for your browser. This is already installed on the majority of computers. LiveFreeBingo.com is a no-download flash based game. This means that once you have registered and deposited you can begin playing immediately. This also means that you can play on any computer with an internet connection just by entering your username and your password.

What/Who is a ‘Bingo Buddy’?

You can find a definition of the term "Bingo Buddy" and other terms in our handy Bingo Glossary. A ‘Bingo Buddy’ is the username of the person that referred you to LiveFreeBingo.com (if you have been referred to LiveFreeBingo.com). When you activate your account you should enter into the Bingo Buddy field the username of the player who referred you. If you received a referral email, you will find the username of your Bingo Buddy in that email. Once you commence playing your Bingo Buddy will receive FB$200.

NOTE: You can refer a friend to LiveFreeBingo.com and you will receive a bonus of FB$200 for each and every friend of yours who registers to play and names you as their Bingo Buddy.

I didn't receive any FB$s when I signed up. What should I do?

This may be because you have not validated your account correctly. Go back to the original 'Validate Your Account' email that you received. Here you will find a hyperlink. Click on it (or copy and paste this into your address bar) to authenticate your account. You will then be redirected to a page where you can complete your registration. Once this is complete your account will be credited with your FB$2000 start up bonus and you will be able to play the games... enjoy!

I haven't received my validation email.

Firstly make sure you typed the correct email address when you registered. You may not receive your validation email if we have been given an mistyped or misspelt email address for you. If you have not received the email within 24 hours you may need to sign up again using a valid email address.

Check that you have sufficient space left in your email account to receive the email. Often, emails get "bounced back" to us because the users mailbox is full and will not accept any more email.

Automatic but legitimate email is sometimes mistakenly categorized as Spam. Your service provider may mistakenly think that your validation message is Spam and place the message into your Bulk Mail or Spam folder. If your validation email does not arrive, please check your ‘Bulk Mail’ folder. And remember to add livefreebingo.com to your list of approved senders.

To avoid this happening and to ensure that we are able to reach you in future, for example when you win one of our prizes, please follow the instructions for various email providers.

AOL
Report messages you want in your Inbox that were delivered to your Bulk folder using the ‘This is not spam button’". Click the SPAM folder link at the bottom of the window. Click or highlight the message from us and click on the ‘This is not spam’ button.

Hotmail
Select the check box next to the message, and then click ‘Not Junk’ on the toolbar. Go to the Options page. On the left side of the page, click ‘Mail’, and then click ‘Junk E-Mail Protection’. Click ‘Safe List’. Type ‘livefreebingo.com’ and then click ‘Add’. Click ‘Ok’.

Yahoo
Report messages you want in your Inbox that were delivered to your Bulk folder using the ‘Not Spam’ button. Select the check box next to the message or click on the subject of the email message. This will take you to a page that displays the email in full. Click the ‘Not Spam’ button in the message bar.

Earthlink/Mindspring
Click on the underlined subject of any email message. This will take you to a page that displays the email in full. Redirect (you can send this message to your email account and/or send it to the "spaminator" to determine why it was mistakenly classified as spam). If you are using Earthlink spamBlocker set to Highest Protection (Suspect email blocking) remember to add livefreebingo.com to your list of approved senders.

Others
Select our message in your bulk mail or SPAM folder. Click on the ‘Not Spam’ button, or move the message into your inbox.

When I try to sign up it says that my email address is already being used.

If you have already started the registration process with your email address it will already be known by our system. If you try to perform a SECOND registration with the same email address you will receive a message saying that it is already in use.

You must complete your registration before you can log in. You should have received a validation email containing a link to confirm your registration. If you have completed the validation you should make sure you are entering your details into the LOG-IN boxes on the RIGHT HAND side of the screen. The Log-in box only requires your Username and Password. You shouldn't need to enter your email address once you are validated.

If you believe you have NOT received a validation email. Firstly, double-check that it has not been blocked by your spam filters. Automatic but legitimate email is sometimes mistakenly categorized as Spam. Your service provider may have mistakenly thought that your validation message is Spam and placed the message into your Bulk Mail or Spam folder. If your validation email does not arrive, please check your ‘Bulk Mail’ folder.

Please make sure you remember to add livefreebingo.com to your list of approved senders and follow the steps above to ensure the validation email gets to your inbox and doesn't get treated as spam.
