My balance has dropped to FB$2000. Yesterday I had much more.

At midnight on the 15th of the month everybody's balance is reset to FB$2000 to ensure that everybody starts the month with the same balance.

If you are unfortunate enough to completely run out of FB$ during the month it's not the end of the world. You can contribute to the site to earn more FB$'s or simply wait for the 16th of the next month and your account will be once again fully funded to FB$2000.

Why don't I appear on the leaderboard?

The Leaderboard only displays players who are subscribed to our mailings. Check your subscription status by selecting 'Edit My Subscriptions'. Players from the UK are not eligible to win. Players from the UK should use www.freebingo.co.uk

I have forgotten my alias or password, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your password simply click here and fill in the form. The results of the password search will be automatically emailed to you. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you registered since we can only send this information to your registered email address. If you cannot access your old email address or have forgotten the email address you used, please email support@livefreebingo.com.

How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletters?

You can easily change your subscription status at any time. Simply log in to your account then choose "Manage My Subscriptions" from the "Your Account" panel. You will then be able to unsubscribe from or subscribe to any of the newsletters available to you.

How do I take a picture of my screen?

To copy the entire screen as it appears on your monitor, press the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard. On some keyboards this may be abbreviated as something like "PRT SCR" or "PrintScrn". Pressing this button takes a picture of your screen. Nothing will have appeared to have happened but you will now be able to PASTE this picture into an email or word document. To paste the image into a document, click the EDIT menu in the document window, and then click PASTE.
