Frequently Asked Questions

If you are experiencing a problem with our website or you're unsure of where to start, we invite you to browse our FAQs below.

Is this site legit?

Absolutely. Check the winners page or our Facebook page to see feedback from the everyday people, just like you, who have experienced the thrill of winning prizes at We never ask for credit card details or payment information of any sort, so what do you have to lose?

How do I play the games?

Once you've registered, select the “play now” button beside the room you'd like to play in from the play bingo page. The room will load in a new browser window and upon completion of any game currently in progress, you'll be able to purchase your tickets by selecting the “Cards” button (or get cards button on mobile). If you try to purchase cards while a game is in progress, you will receive an error message saying “you can't buy tickets at this time”.

Why is it saying 50c per card? Isn't it supposed to be free?

Don't worry. It is COMPLETELY free. The currency we use at LiveFreeBingo is FB$ (Free Bingo Dollars). You receive FB$100 when you register, another FB$1,000 when you verify your email address and that will keep you going for a long time. If you ever do run out, just ask our friendly chat hosts or email us at and we'll give you more. It costs you nothing, EVER!

I select a number of cards to purchase, but nothing happens?

If you select the number of cards you wish to play, but nothing happens, there may be a compatibility issue with your browser. We suggest trying to load the games in a different browser and see if this fixes the issue.

Do I have to daub my cards?

No, one of the benefits of online bingo is by default, your cards are set to daub themselves automatically. Your cards will also sort themselves automatically, so the cards with the least numbers left will appear first, allowing you to see which numbers you need for a bingo. You can choose to disable the auto-daub setting in the Options tab, but you may find it hard to daub all your cards, especially when they're not all on the same screen at once.

How do I call bingo?

When all the numbers on your card have been daubed to complete the pattern, you can call bingo by selecting the Bingo button, found above the chat area on desktop, or at the bottom of the screen on your smartphone. However, we strongly suggest setting your options to auto-claim, which will claim bingo automatically as soon as your numbers have been daubed to complete the pattern. There's no need to claim bingo and no chance of missing out if your numbers come up.

How do I join in the chat?

We encourage all players to join in the chat. That's what sets online bingo apart. You can chat while you watch your numbers being daubed. For users on smartphones, you'll find the chat window by selecting the chat icon at the bottom of the screen (next to the bingo button). You can toggle between the chat window and your cards simply by selecting the chat icon.

How do I win prizes?

All the details of our prizes are found at the prizes page. If you'd like any further clarification on any of our prize offerings, please ask our chat hosts in the rooms or contact

Who pays for the prizes?

LiveFreeBingo is a relatively new site (we launched in May 2020) but we believe online bingo has a big future. We're investing in establishing an audience of online bingo players across the country and aiming to increase the popularity of online bingo and bingo in general. At this stage, all the prizes are funded by LiveFreeBingo, but we anticipate that bingo halls and other online businesses will jump on board in coming months.

If you have any questions that aren't answered here, please email us at and we'll gladly answer them for you.
